Who we are

Water Cowboys provides flat-rate water softener, filtration, and drinking-water system installation across Dallas–Fort Worth, TX. Installation work is performed by a licensed, subcontracted installer under Water Cowboys' coordination.

Quotes and pricing

The four package prices shown on this site are flat, all-in installed prices for the standard scope described with each package.
Pricing assumes a standard installation. Unusual site conditions (e.g. difficult access, non-standard plumbing, or work beyond the scope of the selected package) may require a separate quote before work begins — we'll always tell you before any work starts, not after.
Permits and code-required parts for your package are included in the flat price, as stated on the pricing page.

Booking and scheduling

Booking a call or an install date through this site does not itself create a binding contract for service — it schedules a conversation or visit to confirm scope, pricing, and timing. The service agreement is finalized when you accept a specific package and install date.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the installation, via the payment method offered at that time. We do not require payment before work is performed.

Our guarantee

Where stated on this site (currently: "Under 1 GPG, or the install is free"), our guarantee applies when the system is sized correctly for your home's water hardness and household size, and the salt tank is kept filled as instructed. The guarantee does not cover water hardness changes caused by a change in your water source, failure to maintain the system as instructed, or damage caused by someone other than our installer.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Limitation of liability
